About Us

Randy Joslen, President of Heritage Construction Cares Inc., founded the company in 1994. He began his career in the restoration and remodeling industry in 1985 after 12 years of running and managing his father’s chain of shoe stores. Along with his administrative skill-set, Randy brings to the table his ethics and integrity that were handed down to him from his father, therefore the name Heritage Construction Cares came easily and has those family “roots.” As a husband to his wife Bonnie, father of three, and now a proud grandfather, Randy has worked hard to build a solid reputation in the community. He  has strong relationships with adjusters that trust his expertise when restoring your home to pre-loss conditions. He is often the first person you will meet in the event of a loss because he runs Heritage Construction from in front of the desk...not behind it.
